A WORD FROM DIRECTOR'S DESK:

If there is anything I value in this life it would be personal growth, helping others, making a difference and wanting the best out of life. I love helping people expand their level of awareness so that they can enjoy better results in whatever they are doing. I truly get a real joy from being able to lead others know in a deep and profound way that real change comes only from within.

Why do I do this? I do this because I know that I shall pass through this world just but once. I do not have a contract to live for ever. Any good therefore that I can do or any kindness that I can show to any human being I choose to do it now; I cannot defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again.

I am a leader. I wasn't born a leader, nobody appointed me to the position, and I couldn't care less about titles. I am called to lead from the small voice in my soul. I lead because I have belief; belief in a better way; belief in alternatives; belief in contributing to others and a belief that freedom is everyone's birthright. And I know that this conviction comes with a responsibility to share it with the larger society. We all can make a huge difference in the society by staying open minded, focused and connected through giving back and continuing the cycle of good in our world.

I am a dreamer. I stopped buying the gloom and doom of the masses long time ago and reconnected to the vision of greatness that we all once had for ourselves. I know that in the new economy, the safe choice is where the real risk lies. I have refused to play it 'safe' and instead I am willing to take what the masses would perceive to be great risks. I am of the opinion that if you cannot risk, you cannot grow and if you cannot grow, you cannot be your best and if you cannot be your best, you cannot be happy and if you cannot be happy, then I wonder what else is there?

I think out of the box. I reject crowd thinking and instead practice discernment. I am curious by nature and open to challenging my most deeply held foundational beliefs. I am not a cynic, but I am highly skeptical of mass consciousness and conventional wisdom. I question authority and I want to know the reasoning behind a premise. I hold the position that any beliefs that I have and that serve me will have to survive a healthy skepticism and any beliefs that don't stand up under scrutiny I replace immediately.

I am a worker. Far from running away from work, I get up, throw the sheets off the bed and actually look forward to work! Life, to me, must be lived on and off the edge.  I strongly believe that if you are not living on the edge you are taking too much room. For me, being on purpose means welcoming challenge, growth, adventure and helping others while helping myself. So I love what I do. I have discovered how to balance work and life and how to bring meaning to both. Above all, I enjoy the self confidence that comes from being in control of my life and helping others do the same.

In this life, there are lots of needs to be met; love to be shared, people to be fed, esteem to be built and selves to be actualised. Which of these needs are you filling? I am of the opinion that we should be ashamed to die without making a contribution to humankind. I hold the view that each of us determines which needs we are most perfectly attuned to fill if we listen to the inner guidance that we were all born with. The question is; do you know what instrument you were destined to play in the symphony of life?

I strongly believe that the most important work you will ever undertake in your life is your own personal development, because life doesn't give you what you want, it gives you who you are. And I'm not talking about professional development, such as MBA's or other workplace skills, I'm talking about developing yourself at the level of character because it is your character that births your potential into performance; the window through which any acquired knowledge or skill is applied.

The truth is you and I were created as originals, but the sad truth is that most people have decided to live and die as mere copies. You have the creator’s gene in you. The architect of this universe brought you here for a very specific purpose.  I believe that discovering this purpose for yourself is the single most important assignment you can undertake during your life on this planet. The good news is that you can start that journey today because the last chapter of your life has not been written yet.  It’s time for you to start writing it by saying yes to yourself, yes to your dream, yes to your unfolding future, yes to your God given potential.
