Njugi john is the founder and director of Tumaini Seminar Service (TSS). Tumaini, a swahili word for 'hope' brings cutting edge self help material aimed at expanding peoples' level of awareness. At TSS we offer courses, seminars and workshops that show participants how to let their inner world control their outer world instead of the other way round so that they can BE, DO and HAVE more in every area of their life.

Njugi began working in the field of human potential after he awakened to the fact that an expanded consciousness is the key to living a life of purpose and significance in today's world. According to him, living a significant life means first understanding who you truly are, why you are in this world, what makes you unique, what is the true expression of who you are and doing that in the service of something greater than yourself.

Today, Njugi shares this awareness with others in prisons, high schools, colleges, corporations, government institutions and conferences. His message of awakening; a message that he has learnt from his own journey of inner knowing challenges individuals to step away from the masses, begin to express their uniqueness as human beings and start to utilise their God given potential.

Njugi has now risen to a position of recognition as a platform speaker, facilitator and seminar leader with an exceptional ability to influence, impact and cast a vision of greatness that brings the best out of people.
