Tumaini, a swahili word meaning 'hope' recognizes the intrinsic goodness of every human being and we help people rediscover that goodness within themselves so that they can let their inner world control their outer world and BE, DO and HAVE more in every area of their life.

Njugi began working in the field of developing peoples after he woke up to the reality that an expanded consciousness is the key to living a life of purpose, meaning and significance in our modern world.  According to him, living a significant life starts with first understanding who you truly are, why you are in this world, what makes you unique, what’s the true expression of who you are and doing that persistently in the service of something greater than yourself.

Today, Njugi shares the awareness he’s got with others in universities, prisons, companies, businesses, government institutions and in conferences. His central message of awakening; a message that he has learnt from his own journey of inner knowing increases people’s ability to experience life. He challenges individuals to step away from the masses so that they can begin to express their uniqueness as human beings and start to utilize their God given potential.

Njugi has now risen to a position of recognition as a platform speaker, group facilitator and seminar leader with an exceptional ability to influence, impact and cast a vision of greatness that brings the best out of people. His delivery is high energy, impactful and thought provoking.
